Polina Radchenko Interiors — Luxury Interior Designer Website & Capability Statement
A Portfolio Website Built to Attract Premium Clients and Command the Room
The brief
Polina Radchenko is one of Brisbane's leading luxury interior designers — known for spaces that balance high-end living with deeply personal style. Her work is stunning, considered, and unmistakably hers. What she needed was a website that could hold its own against the work it was showcasing.
She came to me knowing that a generic portfolio template wouldn't cut it. Her potential clients are discerning, they make decisions based on first impressions, and they need to feel the quality of the work before they ever pick up the phone.
The challenge
Luxury service businesses live or die on how their digital presence makes people feel. Too corporate and you lose the warmth. Too minimal and you lose the gravitas. For Polina, the website needed to feel like walking into one of her spaces — considered, elegant, and completely self-assured.
The other challenge was structure. A luxury interior designer's website needs to do several things at once: showcase the portfolio beautifully, communicate Polina's personal design philosophy, and make it easy for the right clients to take the next step. Getting that balance right required as much strategic thinking as design thinking.
What we built
A website built entirely around Polina's portfolio imagery — letting her work carry the page while the design quietly frames and elevates it. Clean, spacious layouts that feel luxurious without being cold. Typography and spacing choices that signal premium quality at every scroll.
Following the website launch, Polina came back to have her capability statement designed to match — the same visual language, the same elevated feel, consistent across every client touchpoint from first website visit to in-person pitch.
The result
A digital presence that positions Polina exactly where she belongs — at the premium end of Brisbane's interior design market. The website gives potential clients an immediate sense of her aesthetic and her standard, and the capability statement ensures that first impression carries through to every conversation that follows.
