Sarah Marie Design Studio – a specialist brand of running-based merchandise, needed a nurturing series of emails to try and recoup lost revenue in cart and browse abandonment. She also required a welcome email and lapsed customer series of emails to engage new customers and re-engaged people who had not visited her site in 120+ days.

The approach for these emails was to keep the visuals and the messaging light-hearted and engaging through the use of her campaign imagery and beautiful type. The product was kept as the focus of the email headers, and the responsive nature of the email templates allowed for better use for her target market.
