Your business is brilliant.
Your emails should act like it.
Email design and marketing covers your templates, your automated flows and the campaigns you send. Built for founder-led businesses in Australia who have a list sitting there doing nothing. I work in Klaviyo, Flodesk and Mailchimp. Setup projects run $1,900 to $3,400 and take two to three weeks. Ongoing campaign management starts at $1,250 a month.
Your list is the only audience you actually own
You have a list. Four hundred people, maybe four thousand.
They gave you their email address on purpose, which makes them the warmest audience you will ever have.
And you email them roughly never.
Not because you do not want to. Because opening Mailchimp means facing a template you built in 2021 and a welcome sequence you never finished.
Meanwhile the algorithm decides how many of your followers see your posts.
Email is the only audience you own. Everything else is rented, and the rent goes up.
Nineteen years designing email, including in-house at Premier Retail Group across Peter Alexander, Portmans and Dotti, plus Kathmandu and Spotlight.
That is retail email at a volume most independent designers never touch. Deliverability, segmentation, subject line testing, and templates that hold up in forty different inboxes rather than just looking nice in mine.
Who this works for, and who it does not
This is a good fit if you:
have a list you are not using, or barely using
are sending emails that look nothing like the rest of your brand
sell products and have never set up an abandoned cart flow
want the whole thing built once, properly, so you can run it yourself
would rather hand over the monthly campaigns entirely
This is not for you if you:
have no list yet and no way of building one (start with the website)
want someone to buy or scrape a list, which I will not do
are looking for the cheapest possible option
want daily sends and hard-sell sequences, which is not how I work
Email Jumpstart
For businesses starting from nothing, or starting again.
Everything set up properly once, then handed to you so you can run it without me. Best if you are ready to be consistent and just need the foundation built by someone who has done it before.
Platform set up and configured, Klaviyo, Flodesk or Mailchimp
Branded email template built to match your identity
Welcome sequence written and built, three emails
Sign-up form and landing page
Handover session so you can actually use it
Typical timeline: 2 weeks
$1,900 AUD + GST
CAMPAIGN SPRINT
For businesses that want the next quarter handled.
A month of campaigns planned, written, designed and scheduled. Best if you already have a template you like and the problem is finding time to actually send anything.
Campaign plan mapped across four weeks
Three campaigns designed, written and scheduled
List cleaned and segmented properly
Performance report at the end with what to do next
Typical timeline: 4 weeks
$2,400 AUD + GST
EMAIL AUTOMATIONS
For businesses with a list that is sitting there doing nothing.
The flows that earn money while you are asleep. Built, tested and tuned. Best for ecommerce, and for service businesses with a booking or enquiry cycle worth automating.
Welcome, abandoned cart, browse abandonment and post-purchase flows
Segmentation so people get emails that make sense for them
Every flow tested end to end before it goes live
Reporting set up so you can see what is working
Thirty day check-in to tune what the data shows
Typical timeline: 3 weeks
$3,400 AUD + GST
ONGOING
EMAIL SUPPORT
For businesses who want it off their plate entirely.
Email Care, $1,250 per month Two campaigns designed, written and scheduled each month, plus monthly reporting.
Email Partner, $2,300 per month Four campaigns a month, plus ongoing flow optimisation, A/B testing and a quarterly strategy review.
Month to month. No lock-in, and no awkward conversation if you want to stop.
How we’ll work together
1. Fit check, 15 minutes, free You tell me what you have got and what you want. I tell you which package fits, or whether you need something else entirely. If your list is too small to be worth the spend yet, I will say so.
2. Brief and quote A short written brief so we both know what is being built. Fixed price, fixed scope, clear timeline.
3. Build Templates, flows and campaigns built and tested. You see everything before it sends. Nothing goes live without your sign-off.
4. Handover A recorded walkthrough so you can run it yourself, plus everything documented. Thirty days of questions included, because things always come up in week three.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Setup projects generally run $1,500 to $4,000 depending on how many automated flows you need built. Ongoing campaign management sits between $1,000 and $3,000 a month. My own packages start at $1,900 for a full setup and $1,250 a month for ongoing work. The platform itself is separate and usually costs $30 to $150 a month depending on list size.
-
Klaviyo if you sell products. It is built for ecommerce, the segmentation is genuinely excellent, and it pays for itself the moment your abandoned cart flow starts working. Flodesk if you are a service business who cares how things look and does not want to fight software. Flat pricing regardless of list size, which is unusual and good. Mailchimp if you are already on it and it is working, though it has stopped being the obvious default it once was. I build in all three and will tell you which suits you rather than which I feel like using.
-
Fewer than most people tell you. A welcome sequence and an abandoned cart flow do most of the heavy lifting for an ecommerce business. Service businesses often need nothing beyond a welcome sequence and a re-engagement flow. Build those, get them working, then add more once you can see what your list actually responds to.
-
No, and waiting is the expensive mistake. Two hundred people who chose to hear from you will out-earn two thousand Instagram followers most months. What matters is that they asked to be there. Start while the list is small so the sequences are already running by the time it grows.
-
I write it. Email copy is not a separate job you bolt on at the end, it is most of what makes an email work. If you would rather write your own, that is fine and it brings the price down.
-
Automated flows start earning within days of going live, because they trigger on behaviour that is already happening. Campaign work takes longer. Give it a full quarter before judging it, because the first month is mostly finding out what your list responds to.
-
Two weeks for a Jumpstart, three for Automations, four for a Campaign Sprint. Timelines start from the day I have your brand files and your copy or content brief, not from the day you book.
-
Your brand files, access to your current email platform if you have one, and a rough sense of what you sell and to whom. If you have past campaigns that did well, send those too. If you have never sent anything, that is fine and honestly a bit easier.
-
Constantly. I am based in Bathurst NSW and work with clients across Central West NSW including Orange, Mudgee, Lithgow, Blayney, Oberon and Cowra, and Australia-wide from Perth to Brisbane. Email work is entirely remote anyway.
Ready to use that list?
You already have the audience. It is sitting in a platform you have not opened in months. Tell me what you sell and roughly how many people are on your list, and you will get a fixed price and a timeline you can plan around.
