Package 2: Shopify Store Setup
This is for product-based businesses who need a store that’s built to sell, not just sit there looking cute.
You’ll get your theme set up and branded properly, your shop structure organised, and your key store settings sorted so you can launch with confidence. We’ll also make sure you’re collecting emails from day one and set up the basics that help sales happen while you sleep.

Not Sure Where to Start?
Not everyone needs a full website build straight away. Sometimes you need clarity, a plan, and a smart set of fixes so you can move forward without wasting money on the wrong thing.
The Creative Unjam is a 90-minute strategy session for when you’re stuck or unsure what to fix first. It’s $249 AUD, and if you book a website package within 14 days, that fee gets credited back.
A VIP Design Day is a focused, one-day sprint for improvements you want implemented fast. It’s ideal for homepage rewrites, layout fixes, conversion tweaks, and priority upgrades without committing to a full rebuild.
The Tune-Up Pack is a smaller block of time for those “little big things” that are dragging your site down, like broken sections, messy spacing, confusing content order, or clunky CTAs.
HOW WE WILL WORK TOGETHER
First, we do a quick fit check to make sure we’re choosing the right option for your goals. If things are tangled, we use a Creative Unjam to map the plan and priorities so the build stays focused. Then I build, you review at clear milestones, and we launch with a tidy handover and training so you’re not scared to touch your own website afterwards.
Ongoing Website Support
Want me to stay in your corner after launch? You can keep me on as your monthly website support person, so updates don’t pile up into a stressful “I’ll deal with it later” mess.
This is for businesses who want their site to stay fresh, accurate, and conversion-friendly as things change. Think seasonal updates, new services, new photos, new offers, small layout tweaks, homepage refreshes, landing pages, blog formatting, SEO tidy-ups, and those “can you just quickly…” tasks that never actually take five minutes when you’re doing them yourself.
You’ll get a set number of hours each month reserved for your updates, plus priority turnaround so you’re not stuck waiting weeks when you need something live. If you don’t use all your time, we can roll a small amount over (within reason), or use it for a mini optimisation pass so the hours still work for you.
